Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team. This role supports clinical staff development and education across disciplines-Nursing, Rehabilitation Therapies, and Social Work-ensuring evidence-based practices and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Education: Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements
* Experience: 4 year's experience.
* Previous Leadership or Educator experience strongly preferred 
* Licenses/Certifications: Must have one of the follow licenses in the state of practice. Registered Nurse (RN) Physical Therapist
* (PT) Occupational Therapist (OT) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Social Work (LSW)

Responsibilities:

The Supervisor Education partners with the Director to ensure high quality clinical learning and student services experiences for the health system.

* Provides day-to-day oversight to the staff.

* Provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.

* Provides expertise and mentorship to staff. Facilitates coordination of staff education.

* Utilizes data to make evidence based educational decisions.

* Creates project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution of programs.

* Coordinates programs and projects of instructors.

* Assists with coordination of schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels.

* Resource and operational expert who collaborates with and supports the department/organizational leadership in problem solving and utilization of resources.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
