Responsibilities:

We're looking for a detail oriented individual to take the lead on the day to day needs of our Magento (Adobe Commerce) platform. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining our catalog of products, working cross functionally with multiple teams to ensure new products are launched correctly, and managing price changes across all products. Build out promotion rules, drive discussions for enhancements to our systems as well as be a source of knowledge for other cross functional teams on what is and is not within the capabilities of the platform. You will be an integral part of the ecommerce web team and will leverage relationships across ecommerce, website operations, SEO, marketing, brand, creative, product, IT, and user experience design teams to achieve excellent outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, using their expertise in Ecommerce Platforms to help provide direction to the business on current and future capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and maintain pricing for the Boostmobile.com catalog

* Work with cross functional teams on new product launches

* Stay up to date with IT on new magento platform functionality

* Work closely with the ecommerce team to make changes to customer facing products

* Maintain both our test and production environments to ensure parity

* Work closely with the go to market team to ensure product pages are accurate and updated to brand standards

* Create promotion rules in magento for new promotions/point of contact for promotion capabilities

* Collaborate with web authors to make sure changes across the site are communicated and coordinated appropriately

* Work with the SEO team to ensure proper indexing of products

* Identify and recommend improvements to the magento platform based on the business needs

* Make updates/utilize content blocks to support site needs

* Maintain filters for products and make sure they are implemented/updated in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience with Ecommerce Platforms (such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce CLoud, WooCommerce, etc.) 
* Direct experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce) platform is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advocate for needs/capabilities
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Adobe Target
* Demonstrated ability to keep track of the little details
* Goal oriented with a desire to challenge the status quo to help drive the business forward
