Responsibilities:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Ecommerce Merchandising Layout Specialist to lead the visual merchandising strategy for BoostMobile.com. In this role, you'll ensure that promotions, device and service offerings are presented in compelling, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused ways. You'll collaborate across multiple teams to shape the digital experience and drive ecommerce performance, playing a vital role in optimizing the customer journey.

You will be a key member of the Boost digital sales team and will leverage relationships across ecommerce, website operations, SEO, marketing, brand, creative, product, and user experience design teams to achieve excellent outcomes. As an active member of the digital sales team, you will be a model for executional excellence, a creative problem-solver and a thought leader who sets the tone of high performance within the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, combining design sensibility with ecommerce know-how and a deep understanding of user behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own visual merchandising and promotional, device and service offering presentations on BoostMobile.com
* Collaborate with ecommerce team to support digital sales goals
* Work with website authors on execution of web content updates within the context of existing CMS capabilities and limitations
* Partner with brand, creative, product, and UX design functions deliver cohesive, visually engaging experiences
* Represent the visual merchandising perspective in cross-functional planning and digital execution
* Use customer insights and analytics to identify pain points and propose creative, customer-first solutions
* Advocate for visual merchandising best practices across departments, educating stakeholders on execution and impact
* Monitor KPIs and web analytics to assess performance and iterate for continuous improvement
* Work with brand and creative teams to request, concept, and refine visual assets that drive site objectives
* Ensure a seamless, conversion-optimized path from inbound traffic sources to final conversion
* Analyze site metrics and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in ecommerce visual merchandising or web content strategy, ideally for high-traffic digital businesses

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong background in applying web design principles, brand standards, and digital content strategies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Adobe Target
* Analytical mindset with strong customer empathy and a passion for optimizing digital experiences
