Responsibilities:

* This is a uniformed position, which requires the team member follow uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
* Maintain an inspection program for all EVS responsible areas.
* Maintain the approved preventative maintenance program on all equipment.
* Be familiar with and ensure safe and proper use of all equipment and chemicals.
* Maintain a safety program to ensure all Team Members have a safe work environment.
* Control supplies and inventory in the department. Frequently update self on new products and materials for continuous operational improvement.
* Consistently update self in the latest equipment and chemicals.
* Conduct the approved departmental training program to ensure all Team Members are properly trained to their assigned task.
* Ensure all Team Member performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner and appropriate feedback is administered.
* Conduct inspections on all casino and non-gaming EVS areas daily.
* Fill all reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance.
* Adhere to, interpret, support, and explain established company policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, federal and other regulatory procedures.

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years of age or older 
* Must present a well-groomed appearance 
* Must perform duties with a sense of urgency 
* Must be able to work as a team with other employees 
* Ability to use and control various mechanical equipment 
* Ability to work around dust 
* Ability to maneuver in small, limited spaces 
* Ability to transport all supplies to and from work areas 
* Must be able to work in areas containing second-hand smoke 
* Must be able to operate equipment, including: vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop and broom
* Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion) 
* Must be able to walk, stand, and work on hand and knees for long periods of time 
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas
* Two (2) to three (3) years experience as an EVS Supervisor.
