EV & Energy Test Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

Job Description

* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage project scope, schedules, cost, risks, and quality commitments.
* Hardware and Software development for EV charging and energy storage/conversion NPI or custom solutions.
* Maintain and continuously improve internal technical standards, document control processes, and data management systems.
* Ensure all engineering outputs comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Support pre-sales activities, including providing inputs for System configuration and software architecture, Statements of Work (SoWs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
* Work in partnership with the Regulatory team to ensure product compliance with safety and certification standards.
* Participate in design reviews and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in EV charging and energy storage/conversion technologies.
* Involve in the company at tradeshows, customer training sessions, and webinars.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
* Prior internship experience in manufacturing processes and test engineering is highly desirable.
* Understanding of the EV charging or power conversion knowledge is considered an advantage.
* Understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g. IEC 61851, ISO 15118) is a significant asset.
* Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting presales technical activities and engaging with customers.
* Proven ability to independently develop innovative engineering solutions.
* Strong creative and critical thinking skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
* Willingness to travel as required.
