Overview: GovCIO is seeking a highly skilled ETL Database Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transforming data into structured formats and loading it into target databases or data warehouses to support business intelligence and decision-making processes. This position will be fully remote located within the United States. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently. * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across various platforms. * Optimize database performance and troubleshoot ETL-related issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions. * Maintain documentation for ETL workflows, data mappings, and system configurations. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field. * 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional expertise. * Proven experience in ETL development, data integration, and database management. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages. Preferred Skills and Experience: * Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud-based solutions. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
