				About Us: 

We were established in 2006 with the sole purpose of offering the English language to English learners. The first center opened in Chongqing back in 2006. Since then we have grown to over 2000 teaching and administrative employees nationwide - this includes 350 Foreign English teachers and 400 local Chinese English teachers. We have successfully taught more than 60,000 students since 2006. 

Each center occupies 1000-2000㎡ and is equipped with state of the art equipment. This includes a coffee bar, theater, library, lab area with many computers with internet access and spacious classrooms that allow students to study in a comfortable and relaxing environment. 

Our R&D center in Shenzhen currently has over 100 course developers possessing masters or doctorate degrees - the curriculum is unique, extremely effective and known throughout China as an enjoyable and practical way to acquire the English language.

About Foshan City:   

A growing city in both size and economic clout, Foshan is quietly becoming a manufacturing giant in south China. Already the fourth largest city in Guangdong, Foshan makes up part of the Pearl River Delta Mega City in the Guangzhou/Shenzhen region.   

In spite of its rapid growth, Foshan still has maintained much of its natural beauty and charm with many natural areas and gardens within the city limits. Foshan has many tourist spots, including Chinese temples and other examples of Chinese architecture. The old Ancestral Temple in Foshan houses the city's guardian, where it has stood for hundreds of years. Much of its original architecture is still intact. The temple is now used to stage the traditional Cantonese opera in addition to veneration.  

Another tourist site in Foshan is the old porcelain furnace in Shi Wan. It is believed to have been in operation since the Tang dynasty, and the fire inside has never gone out. It is still producing some of the chinaware that made Foshan famous. 

About the Job:

Responsibilities of a foreign trainer:

  -25 teaching hours + 10 office hours per week in terms of the contract
  -Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity, interest, and abilities of students.
  -Guides the learning process toward the achievement of established district curriculum goals, establishes and communicates clear objectives to the students for all lessons, units, and projects.
  -Supports specialized ESL assessments. Assesses the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, provides progress reports as required.
  -Is familiar with our teaching philosophy and course curriculum 

About You:

  -Outstanding personal/interpersonal communication skills; openness towards cross culture environments.
  -Experience with technology in facilitating instruction.
  -Excellent organizational and neatness skills enthusiastic in teaching.
  -Willingness to be flexible in terms of teaching assignment within the school setting

Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree or above
-TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (preferred)
-Teaching Experience (preferred)
-Native English Speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK or United States
-Below 55 years old (for Chinese visa purposes)
-Clean criminal record
