Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:

* This position reports to the Business Financial Systems Manager and supports the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the ERP and ancillary systems, process improvement initiatives, and training as necessary. Helps to ensure efficient maintenance and operations of various financial systems by providing optimum functionality and data integrity. Assists with the implementation requirements for strategic business initiatives including new business, programs, and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily business systems and support implementation of system changes.
* Utilize finance experience to implement process improvement initiatives of business systems.
* Collect organizational data to improve systems and processes.
* Troubleshoot financial business system issues as necessary and escalate items appropriately.
* Provide administration and financial end-user support for critical business systems on a global basis.
* As assigned, conduct investigations and financial data analysis to resolve critical systems issues in coordination with consultants and technical team.
* Provide support to compliance and auditors, including significant research, financial data mining/reports, and resolution of business systems questions as required.
* Provide instructions and general guidance to worldwide teams as needed to meet our financial reporting requirements.
* Develop and maintain user procedure documentation.
* Prioritize, coordinate, and organize work to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various levels of leadership.
* Performs other duties, assignments and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
*
* Education / Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Finance, Accounting/Business, or related and at least (5) years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience:
* 3+ year(s) of ERP Experience desired at a publicly traded company
* SAP, IFS, and ServiceNow experience preferred
* Previous business analyst experience preferred
* Previous data analytics preferred
* Previous government, Cost, and DoD experience preferred
* Other Requirement:
* United States citizenship required.
* Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail
* Progressive technical experience and know-how
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team - self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude
* Adaptability to changing business needs and requirements
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving both user and system related issues

* The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
* The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
* USD $ 70,000 - 115,000
* Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
