Hayward Holdings Inc. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.  This role is based in Clemmons, NC.

Hayward is seeking an ERP Workstream Lead to support the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for Supply Chain and Operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the ERP Core Team, Systems Integrator (SI), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and IT resources, to drive successful implementation and adoption. This position requires up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

* Analyze business practices and recommend system designs to optimize procurement, forecasting, inventory management, and master planning.
* Lead the installation, configuration, documentation, testing, training, and deployment of D365 applications and customizations.
* Manage functional area projects, serving as an advocate and consultant for Supply Chain and Operations.
* Develop test scenarios and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
* Contribute to the development of technical and functional specifications for workflows, reports, integrations, and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

* Experience supporting Supply Chain and Operations business processes, particularly in Procurement, Forecasting, and Master Planning.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse global teams.
* Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
* Proven ability to manage projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Education & Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Operations support role.
