What You'll Do:

* We are seeking an experienced ERP Compliance Lead to join our IT Compliance team. This senior individual contributor will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP compliance and IT controls, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will drive the design, testing, and remediation of ITGCs, segregation of duties (SoD), and access controls across multiple ERP platforms. You will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and auditors to ensure our control environment meets SOX and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary expert for ITGC and application controls across all enterprise ERP systems, with deep expertise in S/4HANA.
* Lead complex control design and remediation efforts to strengthen the ERP compliance framework.
* Perform and support SOX ITGC testing, including walkthroughs, evidence collection, and documentation of results.
* Collaborate with IT, process owners, and internal/external auditors during audits and system changes.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to compliance analysts without direct supervisory responsibilities.
* Drive initiatives to automate controls and improve efficiency in compliance processes.
* Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend enhancements to the ERP control environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

* Education:
* A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
* Certification:
* CISA, CRISC, CISM, or equivalent strongly preferred.
* SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP GRC) are highly desirable.
* Experience:
* 7+ years of IT compliance, ERP risk management, or IT audit experience, with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
* Strong knowledge of multiple ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, CostPoint) and their associated control environments.
* Proven experience with SOX ITGC testing and documentation, including control walkthroughs, evidence gathering, and audit coordination.
* Proficiency in SAP GRC and other access control/risk management tools.
* Understanding of cloud environments and associated compliance requirements (e.g., AWS, Azure).
* Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across IT, audit, and business teams without formal management authority.

* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
* Software:
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel in particular, Word, PowerPoint).
* ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, CostPoint).
* Cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
* Technology:
* Company computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.

* The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
* USD $118,000 - $180,000
* Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
