Inteqna is recruiting for a Business Analyst with ERP Implementation experience in Production Environments to join an amazing company with head offices in Ontario. Our client is a leader in their field, (Food Production ERP) with work from home flexibility for candidates when not doing your 2-6 days a month travel across North America. (usually 2 days at a time up to 2-3 times in one month - 4-6 days)
We are considering candidates across Canada with easy access to a Airport being imperative.
Role Description: The Essentials Business Analyst is responsible for the successful implementation and support of our clients Navision based ERP Solution, as well as all third party products that may be part of the whole solution. The solution is for Food Production environments, so Food experience is a great asset, but not mandatory.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Achieve the monthly utilization target.
Train the customer s project team on the Client's ERP solution in a remote setting;
Set up and configure the ERP solution to meet the customer s business requirements; (usually remotely)
Identify customer requirements that are not met by the ERP solution;
Work with the customer project team to determine solutions to these requirements;
Document and submit development requirements;
Complete testing of the development, working with the development team and the customer;
Follow the implementation methodology and standard practices;
Communicate project activities to the Project Manager on a regular basis;
Expand product knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.
