ERP Business Analyst (Finance)

				Are you a talented Business Analyst with ERP Implementation expertise seeking new challenges?  Inteqna Markham is currently recruiting for a ERP Business Analyst for our client, a leader in the ERP Food Industry.  In this role, you will take on the responsibility for the successful implementation and support of company vertical products, as well as all third party products that may be part of the whole solution.

There is a travel requirement of 25-40% throughout the continental US and Canada which could be 2-3 days a week for a couple of weeks per month OR nothing for 3 months.  Dependent upon client engagements.

Accountabilities:

* Achieve the monthly utilization target.
* Train the customer s project team on the solution;
* Set up and configure the solution to meet the customer s business requirements; specifically focused on financial systems and processes such as AR, AP, Invoicing, Inventory Accounting, Sales Commissions and Rebates etc.
* Identify customer requirements that are not met by the solution;
* Work with the customer project team to determine solutions to these requirements;
* Document and submit development requirements;
* Complete testing of the development, working with the development team and the customer;
* Follow the implementation methodology and standard practices;
* Communicate project activities to the Project Manager on a regular basis;
* Attend company/department meetings;
* Maintain a good working relationship with other departments and the management team;
* Expand product knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.

Requirements:

* 5 plus years of ERP implementation experience (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred);
* 5 years related finance experience (Food Manufacturing/Distribution preferred);
* University degree or equivalent;
* Experience using MS Office Suite with proficiency using Excel;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customer and internally;
* Ability to work in both a team environment and independently;
* Well organized with strong time management practices;
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and able to utilize these skills in a fast paced dynamic environment;
* Ability to work multiple tasks under fixed project dates;
* Self-directed yet team focused

Total Compensation:

* Base salary + Variable compensation
* vacation, benefits, work from home after initial training
