Responsibilities: The incumbent keeps the outside of the facility buildings, clean from dirt, waste, and debris. Shampoos carpets and waxing of floors. This position is for the 6:30am shift at MAF. Work Model: Onsite Qualifications: Essential Duties & Job Functions: * Report to work on time daily. * Follow instructions and carry out work orders by the contract on a daily basis. * Report all problems and accidents to the supervisor upon discovery, comply with all rules and regulations. * Perform job requirements including but not limited to the following: mop, strip, buff and wax floors; vacuum, scrub and shampoo carpets; minor pressure washing of windows; operate the tenant floor machine; empty cigarette cans in designated areas; place and empty rainwater catch basins; deliver supplies to the environmental technicians; stock supply room; empty large trash cans around the facility; assist with keeping the entrance ways clean; and rainwater cleanup. * Secure vehicles and equipment at the end of each shift. * All assigned work will be performed by the schedule and the contract. * Cleaning 8 feet and above. * All other duties as assigned.
