Responsibilities: * Takes entries from owners, trainers, agents or other authorized persons and performs those duties related to assembling all pertinent information and aid in producing an overnight. * Use the RTO racing software to input entries into specified races listed for that entry days race card. * Ensures integrity at time of entry by keeping all entries confidential in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals * Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. * Follow all cleaning, sanitation and PPE position specific guidelines. Qualifications: * Must have minimum three year's experience in similar type position or equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide necessary knowledge, skills and abilities * Must meet licensing requirements of New Mexico Racing Commission * Must adhere to all local, state and federal standards, including OSHA requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication skills * Able to perform duties in all weather conditions
