Responsibilities: The role of the Engineering Technician II is to provide customers with shipboard & shore systems installation support, systems sustainment support, groom support & trouble ticket support, (CONUS & OCONUS). This position reports directly to the VIDS Group in Chesapeake, VA. This position is open to Chugach Employees, Chugach Shareholders and Chugach Descendants ONLY. Work Model: Onsite/In-Office Qualifications: Essential Duties & Job Functions: * Working closely with the government sponsor(s) and other contractors/subcontractors in federal facilities. * Provide infrastructure installation and troubleshooting support. * Implementation of infrastructure solutions. * Provide copper and fiber termination and slicing support. * Operation of fiber copper and wireless test equipment. * Coordinate with manager and supervisors and apprise them of their progress. * Other duties as assigned.
