Overview:
Novant Health is seeking a full-time END Tech to perform technical procedures and functions for electrodiagnostics.
As a END Tech, you will be responsible for:
* Perform ambulatory and routine EEGs.
* Assist with neuroconduction studies (experience preferred).
* Demonstrate competence in performing EEGs.

Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree Required Two years of formal neurodiagnostics training required. Graduation from an accredited school of electroneurodiagnostics strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years experience in neurodiagnostics procedures or a minimum of two years exp in surgical monitoring/CNIM. Required
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered/certified in a neurodiagnostics field. Required
Additional Skills Required: Demonstrated competence in at least one additional area of neurodiagnostics: Evoked Potentials to include SSEPs, BAERs, and VEPs, Interoperative Monitoring, Nerve Conduction Studies, SPECT scans, WADAs, LTEM, AFTs and Tilt table with video EEGs. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s)' age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Maintain CPR. Must be able to identify basic cardiac rhythm and rate. Must be able to rotate call independently. Must be able to interpret basic encephalographic brain patterns; normal and abnormal.
