As a Neurodiagnostic Technician (EEG Tech), you will conduct electroencephalogram (EEG) tests at Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs. Your primary duties will involve:

* Applying electrodes in accordance with ACNS guidelines.
* Perform prescribed testing.
* Review patient history and educate patients about the EEG procedure.
* Monitor and document patients' conditions, and promptly respond to any reports and adverse reactions.
* Edit and forward results to attending physicians for analysis and interpretation. 

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: 

* Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient or inpatient preferred Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
* High School Diploma or GED Required
* Associates Degree preferred
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
* Successful completion of EEG registry within 2 years of hire date required

Schedule- Days, weekends and call as needed 

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
