Responsibilities: ADS、SystemVueなどのKeysight EDA製品に関して、ポストセールス アプリケーション エンジニアとして、インストールベースのお客様に購入後の技術サポートを提供するとともに、タスクの一部としてプリセールスを支援します。主な職務は、 顧客の技術的な問い合わせへの対応、顧客のトレーニングの提供、プリセールにおける技術サポート提供となります。 お客様の問題を理解し、お客様のニーズを満たすためのサポートを推奨し、お客様の満足度を確保します。 問い合わせの技術的解決にむけ、製品R＆D、営業との密接に連絡する必要があります。なお、サポート提供の手段として、ポータル（Web）、電子メール、電話、およびオンサイトがあります。 テクニカル・サポート: キーサイト製品をご使用のお客様に技術的なサポートを提供していただきます。 顧客教育: お客様にトレーニングを提供して、お客様がキーサイトEDAツールに関する知識を深め、シミュレーションツールを効率的に使用して設計上の課題に対処できるように支援します。 Qualifications: * Degree in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge, with typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in System design, Digital or Circuit design. * Significant knowledge of one or several of Keysight EDA Tools ( ADS) * Significant background in non-Keysight EDA Tools like Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS environment. * Good understanding of one or several of following applications: High Speed Digital including Signal and Power Integrity, RF W, Electromagnetic. Knowledge on Power Electronics is a nice to have expertise. * Fluent in written and spoken Japanese. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customers, Sales Organization and R&D. * 大卒以上、かつ電子工学、物理学、またはそれに類する専攻 * PCB設計、高速デジタルアプリケーション、または、RF/MW回路設計に関する 3 ～ 8年の実務経験があることが望ましい * Keysight EDAツール(ADS)、または同様の他社ツール(Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS)の使用経験があることが望ましい * 高速デジタルテクノロジー（USB、DDR、イーサネットなど）、電磁界解析に関する専門知識があることが望ましい * 基本的なプログラミングスキル（Pythonなど）があることが望ましい * 顧客、営業部門、開発部門と業務を進める上での優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力 * 円滑に業務を進める上での日本語能力 * 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC> 650が望ましい） Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
