Manage and maintain the EAP provider network system which includes counselors, Critical Incident Response Specialists, Trainers, SAP's and, Fitness for Duty Providers. Coordinator assures timely & open communication between EAP, Provider Network, and EAP Clients by providing clients with referrals to credentialed and licensed providers. Documents and solves all provider network issues that are nonclinically related. Manages and maintains the network system inclusive of tracking files, approved cases, provider listing and credentialing to assure accuracy, quality, and effectiveness. Performs regular monthly audits of electronic medical records/database making sure information is correctly entered and utilization reports are accurate. Responsible for collecting outcome data both pre and post for both clinical and nonclinical EAP services.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Bachelor Degree in Social Work Required

Previous EAP, Human Resources, or Behavioral Health, preferred. Experience in network credentialing and development, preferred. Experience or knowledge of outcome based research and quality assurance, preferred.

Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

Schedule:

Monday 8:00am -5:00pm

Tuesday - Thursday 8:30am -5:00pm 

Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

This role requires strong abilities to multi-task (phones, computers and strong attention to detail).
