Overview:
We are looking for a Capture and Solutions Lead to support the Department of Defense (DoD) portfolio, including the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. This pre-sales role focuses on leading solution development efforts, aligning mission needs with technical capabilities, and shaping pipeline opportunities across DoD IT modernization, AI, and cloud adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical and capture strategy for DoD pursuits, partnering with BD, engineering, and proposal teams
Translate warfighter and command requirements into actionable solution architectures and teaming strategies
Drive early engagement and shape opportunities within major PEOs and other key DoD offices
Represent the voice of the mission customer in internal strategy discussions and solution design
Stay informed on DoD IT, AI/ML, and cloud modernization trends and contracting trends (e.g., OTAs, CSOs, SBIRs)
Develop solution content for RFIs, white papers, and proposal volumes, including technical narratives and approaches
Qualifications:
Hands-on capture and solutioning experience across DoD components (DAF, Army, USMC, Navy)
Technical understanding of AI/ML, enterprise cloud, DevSecOps, and DoD digital transformation initiatives
Track record of shaping and leading early capture solutioning; strong collaborator across functions
Knowledge of DoD acquisition pathways, technical evaluation criteria, and mission-driven priorities
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills; ability to brief solutions to leadership and customers
