				Overview:

Zebra is a channel centric vendor, meaning that all of our products are sold to the end user customers by reseller partners, and the majority of those resellers are supplied by authorized Distributors. Therefore, our distributors are at the heart of everything we do! 

We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Manager to join our team to work with and support the active Distributors in Nordics region.

You will take ownership of these distributor accounts at a local level to ensure that Zebra is foremost in their minds, helping them to develop and grow the reseller channel, and thereby improving Zebra's overall presence and success in the region.

Responsibilities:

* Own the relationship and is the face of Zebra with the distributors
* Support the reseller channel development and overall market development in the region, alongside other Zebra colleagues
* Develop sales on specific market segments through the distributors via relevant resellers
* Support the distributors with inventory management, stock levels and overall inventory health
* Act as the facilitator and liaison person between the distributors and Zebra's Nordics territory sales Team, such as:
* Assisting with forecasting, sales-in management, stock profile, etc 
* Communicate, implement, and enforce Zebra's expectations on key operational activities, such as:
* Support distribution operational personnel with any issues related to orders, supply chain/logistics, reporting, credit/finance, compliance criteria, etc 
* Maintain a constant level of capabilities within the distributor, across all functions (operations, finance, marketing, sales, etc ), such as:
* Training /educating distributor's salespeople on the Zebra portfolio, proposition, and positioning with the support of Zebra experts
* Ensure a continuous update on product changes and new product launches to ensure that distributor's marketing campaign are always relevant and well orientated

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience from similar role
* Attention to detail, the ability to model out scenarios, and perseverance from start to finish, are all key attributes to ensure success in this role.
* Knowledge and experience of selling or sales enablement within a Channel focused B2B is essential, and some understanding of distribution (in this context) is crucial along with an understanding of partner programs, rebate schemes and the way in which classic distributor-vendor partnerships work.
* Personal credibility is essential, in order to lead sales, marketing, finance and operational conversations, and to own the relationships.
* Resourcefulness, self-motivation and a positive attitude are really key attributes in order to be successful in the DCAM role.
* Comfortable with regular travel within Nordics region, and able to organize their time and workload with minimal input from their line manager.
* Have analytical mindset and ability to use data driven insight for better inventory and order management
