Overview:

Responsibilities:
* Ensure all kettles are cleaned when shift begins.
* Wash all pits and pans and store neatly.
* All food stains, smoke stain, etc. must be removed before storage takes place.
* Floor and trashcans must stay clean.
* Keep the workspace clear.
* All counters must be cleaned at the end of the shift.
* Meet all cleaning and sanitation requirements.
* Load dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed.
* Make sure that the dishwasher machine is cleaning properly.
* Keep and maintain a clean workstation at all times.
* Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized.
* Sweep and mop kitchen as needed.
* Clean walls as needed.
HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
* Assist culinary staff with any needs
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
* Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
* Assist in other departments as needed
* Attend monthly departmental meetings
Qualifications:
* Experience working with chemicals.
