Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Director of Talent Development to design and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that enhances employee growth, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role will oversee initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, professional development, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a holistic talent development strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth.
* Develop and oversee an engaging, high-impact onboarding experience that accelerates new hire productivity and enhances employee retention.
* Design and deliver leadership development programs that build management capabilities across all levels of the organization.
* Develop career path frameworks that provide employees with clear growth and advancement opportunities, empowering them to take ownership of their professional development.
* Lead the implementation of a performance management framework that promotes continuous feedback, goal alignment, and meaningful development conversations.
* Partner with leadership to facilitate talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, and create robust succession plans to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
* Measure the effectiveness of development programs using key metrics and stakeholder feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deploy engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs that enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record in designing and executing talent development programs within a complex, global, and matrixed organization.
* Strong understanding of leadership development, career pathing, performance management, and succession planning.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
* Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
* Experience leveraging HR technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and talent management platforms.
* Ability to assess program effectiveness using data-driven insights and recommend continuous improvements.
* Experience working in a global environment, understanding diverse workforce needs.
* Familiarity with competency frameworks, career pathing tools, and workforce planning methodologies.
