Every day as a Director of Revenue Cycle Management you will....

* Secure in state and out of state contracts and manages all revenue contracts functions including facility and provider credentialing
* Maintain funder rates, utilization, rate increase history, and be informed of all other funder related issues such as collection or unique requirements
* Understand program and clients' needs, serve as integral part of center operations and provides recommendation on ideal payer mix
* Establish relationships with funders, manage and/or provide support on rate negotiations by completing all required documentations with input from finance, operations and clinical team; track and update leadership team of all pending rate negotiations progress;
* Work closely with Admission, UR, Finance and AR teams to ensure optimal revenue cycle management; develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to minimize write off.
* Serve as the center EHR system champion and trainer related to funder set up, rates and billing. Evaluate and develops reports to assist with managing revenue and authorization.  
* Support the Executive Director and Director of Finance in maintaining financial accountability

* Compensation: $90,000-$102,600 (Based on experience)
* Schedule: Monday-Friday/ 9am-5pm (some evening/weekend hours may be required to complete management responsibilities)

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and  approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business  Finance or related field required.   Master's preferred

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in behavioral health or residential treatment settings.   Proven experience with payer contract negotiation and third-party reimbursement processes.. Strong understanding of insurance verification, benefits coordination, and utilization review processes.  Proficiency in analyzing financial data, funder rates, and revenue trends to inform strategic decisions.  Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing systems and technology savvy.  Demonstrated  ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, administrative, and corporate teams.  Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.  Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements.  Understanding behavioral health regulations, including HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines.  Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications,experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (MyAvatar, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere established guidelines 

Valid driver's license must be maintained.
