Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

* Director of Process and System Integration will lead the execution of business finance operations-related projects, including integration activities for businesses acquired through the mergers & acquisitions process (M&A companies), driving to meet key milestones and deliverables. Responsible for leading the business partnering for system implementations as well as driving process improvement initiatives within the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* In collaboration with Finance senior management and other Finance functional areas (Compliance, Treasury, Tax, Financial Operations, Accounting & FP&A), manage the initial set up and integration of the financial processes for M&A companies. Specifically oversee the establishment/implementation of:
* Lead the interface between corporate finance functions and the acquired business to implement financial processes and drive smooth implementation and integration into our financial system.
* Partner with IT regarding ERP and other financial systems, ensuring that the consolidation integrity and interfaces from other financial systems are smoothly transitioned
* Processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of financial and operational performance, leveraging analytical resources and tools.

* Partner with IT to enhance the performance of our existing suite of systems and drive efficiencies within areas of the finance organization through improved reporting and system capability.
* Perform complex senior management financial assignments as requested.
* Identify effects of projects/integrations and develop effective mitigation solutions to deal with issues that arise.
* Provide supportive materials, reports, analysis and presentations for Executive Management and BOD meetings for complex projects and newly acquired companies. Work with senior financial staff on the development of these materials.
* Establish best practices for integration activity. Capture and apply key learning from integration projects (integrations processes, play books, etc.).

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

* Education:
* Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) or equivalent in finance or related discipline.
* M. B. A. preferred

* Experience: 
* Ten (10+) years' related accounting experience with progressive responsibility, especially with exposure to international and commercial operations.

* Other Requirement:
* US citizenship, required.

* Software:
* Microsoft Office 365 suite

* Technology:
* Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

* The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
* The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
* USD $ 170,000 - 260,000

* Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
