Kessler's market specific rate/range will be provided during the interview process* Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Director of Plant Operations to join their collaborative leadership team. The Director of Plant Operations serves as a mentor to the environmental team and plays a key role in developing and growing their staff. Serving as the hospital's safety officer, the DPO manages the environmental services and security departments to ensure safe operating conditions in compliance with all state, federal and accrediting agencies. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in provision of maintenance, environmental services, and related services in a hospital environment required * Current and valid state Driver's License required * Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards required. Preferred Experience * College Degree related to building construction and maintenance preferred.
