The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Director of Marketing. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a marketing role, experience with project management, and proven success with multiple marketing campaigns including direct mail, web and social media channels.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the strategic marking efforts for the company to support an existing customer base as well as develop methods to expand via new products and innovative messaging
* Oversee a team of marketing professionals
* Collaborate with engineering during periods of development
* Support product launch activities
* Manage channels including sales presentations, literature updates, promotional events, etc.
* Conduct research to review and identify gaps in the market as new business opportunities
* Present business strategies to senior executive leadership for investment decision making
* Conduct target market analysis and provide competitive analysis summary, battle cards and sales strategies to Channel Partners and sales teams
* Work with managers to address issues with budgets, contracts, and marketing plans
* Create marketing plans for new products and services
* Identify relevant marketing trends
Qualifications:
Education Required:
* Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
Experience Required
* 5 or more years of management experience in business-to-business markets
* Experience with project management, grave to cradle of marketing strategy
* Strong understanding of Channel / Partner programs and developing growth-oriented direct marketing strategies
* Experience creating new business plans and presenting marketing & product strategies to executive audience
