Responsibilities:
* Oversee Company's Learning & Development department.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify the company's training needs and learning objectives.
* Plan, design, implement and manage L&D training programs.
* Evaluate effectiveness of L&D programs and use evaluation data to recommend changes.
* Regularly shadows department trainers to identify training needs and to help keep training consistent.
* Review company trainer performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation method.
* Direct oversight and training of department instructors.
* Help develop an e-learning and LMS platform.
* Coordinate and be accountable for yearly compliance trainings.
Qualifications:
SKILLS
* Must possess up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organization learning.
* Strong instructional and curriculum design skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinking and innovative approach to training.
* Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
* Proficiency is designing effective learning experiences using various methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
* Understanding of current trends in L&D such as microlearning and gamification.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or another related field.
* 8-12 years' experience in designing and delivering training programs.
* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
* Strong knowledge of training evaluation techniques and metrics.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLC), Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), Learning and Performance Institute Certifications (LPI), etc.
