We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function at Entegral.  Reporting to the Division Vice-President, you will share a seat at the table devising strategies aimed at refining and championing Entegral's culture and values. Partnering with the leadership team to advance our business, you will be responsible for creating and driving people programs and managing projects that empower the Entegral workforce to innovate and scale while maximizing career growth. 

Entegral has a remote first approach for all positions, however, preferred locations for this position are Madison, WI or St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership, management, and development to the Human Resources team.
* Assess, strategize, socialize, and refine corporate culture for Entegral partnering with the leadership team and building programs to supplement those already in place.
* Create a competitive total rewards program aimed at the appropriate demographic in each of the Entegral locations globally.
* Understand the organization's current state, future state, gaps and priorities to support exceeding business goals in a distributed and cross-cultural organization.
* Partner with the leadership team to align the organization, affirm HR practices and communicate Entegral's strategic vision and culture.
* Create, implement and oversee HR strategies for the talent acquisition, talent development of a diverse workforce.
* Ensure consistency of our processes, guidelines and fair and equal treatment for all employees.
* Serve as business partner by providing expertise and executing on programs in the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational design, performance acceleration, compensation and rewards, talent development and recognition programs.
* Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with others in the organization to develop solutions, programs and policies appropriate to the time and need.
* Provide insights to trends and human performance metrics to leadership team.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal resources as needed/required.
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management team (coaching, counseling, career development, performance feedback).
* Partner with business to design and execute strategy for how we attract, recruit, onboard, develop, motivate, and retain employees.
* Provide guidance and input on business unit organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
* Travel to Entegral's global sites as necessary.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* Must be at least 18 years of age. 
* 10+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high tech or related company undergoing rapid change and growth is essential. Start-up environment experience is preferred.
* 5+ years of managing a team of direct reports that directly supported technology professionals such as Software Engineers.
* Degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations or related fields.
* Proven ability to develop, engage and retain a high performing team. People management and team development experience required.
* Strong skills in Human Resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, inclusion and , performance management, talent development, federal, state, and local employment laws.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills including excellent verbal and written communication.
* Demonstrated ability to influence in  and develop strong trusting relationships at all levels within the organization.
