Are you a strategic financial leader ready to drive growth and shape the financial future of a fast-moving organization? We're looking for a dynamic Director of Finance to join our executive team and lead with insight, precision, and vision.

In this high-impact role, you will serve in a key leadership role with oversight for the Company's financial reporting, planning and data analytics, working capital management, financial best practice improvement and organization transformation initiatives. Serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Financial Officer supporting oversight of the financial health of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

Responsibilities:

* Leader for the company strategic planning, financial reporting, and analysis function.
* Prepare and/or review timely, accurate and detailed reports of financial performance.
* Provide hands-on support to develop budgets and forecasts for P&L, working capital, backlog and other KPIs.
* Own integrity of financial dashboards to ensure "one source of truth" for financial reporting and work with developers to enhance dashboards to meet evolving needs of the business.
* Evaluate financial performance and synthesize variance drivers and potential risks and opportunities to the business.
* Preparation and/or review of monthly/quarterly business reviews and shareholder presentations with Executive level commentary.
* Assist with acquisition financial due diligence and integration of acquired companies, as needed.
* Spearhead development of advanced financial models/data analytics associated with value proposition/ROI scenarios, cash flow forecasting, lease vs. buy analyses, among others.
* Partner with Accounting team for "deep dives" on process workflows, documentation, and risk assessments.
* Ensures compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to protect the assets and integrity of the company.
* May serve as finance liaison for company projects including AI, workflow automation, systems, and software integration.
* Pro-actively invest in staff and their professional development, serving as a "player coach" and mentor, helping prioritize, as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited program.
* 8-12+ years minimum experience in similar role of $100M+ revenue organization (AEC/Professional services industry preferred).
* 3+ years minimum people management experience.
* CPA, CFA, CMA certification preferred.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
