We are looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead our Business Technology PMO, with a goal of driving execution excellence across global programs and ensure enterprise-scale transformation. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a team of program managers, scaling PMO operations globally, and aligning technical initiatives with strategic business goals.

You bring a background in enterprise systems, people leadership, and executive-level program management. You will report to the VP of Business Technology.

Responsibilities:

* Define and lead the strategic portfolio of programs across the Business Technology organization.
* Translate business needs into multi-year technical roadmaps and measurable execution plans.
* Ensure consistency, quality, and risk management across all programs through standardized governance practices.
* Partner closely with Business Systems, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Engineering to ensure programs align with broader enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks.
* Lead and grow a, global team of Technical Program Managers and Project Managers.
* Define organizational structure and scale the PMO function to meet growing business demand.
* Establish best practices, mentoring frameworks, and career development paths for team members.
* Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Support, Marketing and IT.
* Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing insights into program status, resource allocation, trade-offs, and business impact.
* Establish and run the operating rhythms for the PMO-annual planning, quarterly reviews, monthly updates and status reporting.
* Develop dashboards and KPIs that provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery progress, and business value realization.
* Drive AI adoption across their teams and projects.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
* Minimum of 15 years technical program management experience
* Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing PMO teams
* Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs
* Experience with business systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ/Service Cloud/Sales Cloud, NetSuite ) and enterprise application landscapes
* Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate or improve software development processes and Prompt Engineering best practices

Pay Range Details

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Colorado $148,800-$245,600 (annually)

Washington $148,800-$271,500 (annually)

California $148,800-$297,300 (annually)

NYC $164,500-$297,300 (annually)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. Your actual salary/wage may be based on several factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and your role.
