* Lead Global Talent Strategy: Design and implement a global talent development strategy that reflects our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all employees have opportunities to grow and thrive.
* Foster Inclusive Leadership: Partner with senior HR and business leaders to identify talent needs, create strategic talent plans, and bridge workforce gaps. You'll coach and guide leaders to cultivate a culture of innovation, respect, and collaboration.
* Champion Cultural Initiatives: Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, build an inclusive workplace culture, and advance our diversity and inclusion goals, aligned with Hayward's mission and vision.
* Develop & Empower: Create and implement learning and development solutions that support the growth of our diverse talent pool, empowering employees to contribute to our mission of transforming the experience of water.
* Enhance Career Pathways: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define career paths that support diverse talent, strengthen retention, and build robust talent pipelines, ensuring all employees have the tools to succeed.

* Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in HR, focusing on talent management and organizational design. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
