Responsibilities: As the Operations Product Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future vision and technology roadmap for Warehouse Operations and Transportation. You will lead the execution and delivery of key technology and process solutions, including new WMS and OMS, to optimize warehouse and transportation operations. By partnering closely with the Supply Chain Management team, Engineering, and key business stakeholders, you will ensure that new supply chain products and initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and generate measurable value. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree required; master's or advanced degree preferred. * Experience with Lean processes and Six Sigma methodologies is required * Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of direct engagement with senior business leaders (CxO and VP level) . * 7+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or related roles in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Strong business experience or background is required. * 3+ years in a product-centric delivery model * Digital Technology Delivery: Experience with the development and deployment of digital technologies (e.g., web/mobile ordering, payments, etc.).
