Job Summary

The Director of Physician Enterprise (PE) Business Development will be expected to research, analyze,
evaluate, design, and recommend strategic direction for PE and Ambulatory services, inclusive of joint
venture relationships. This position will report directly to the VP PE Business Development. The Director
PE Business Development should have a strong working knowledge in establishing relationships with key
priority stakeholders (internally and externally) and be able to independently problem solve with
stakeholders to meet community and organizational needs. The director will support the development of
strategies, policies and plans for communicating to diverse groups in a clear and professional manner
and be able to influence high impact, high risk and highly complex situations. This Director must have
experience surrounding negotiations. This position will facilitate the development, implementation,
delivery, and evaluation of key community partnerships while working closely with multiple facilities and
groups. The Director will have a strong financial, operational, and strategic background to establish
immediate credibility. Represents the organization well as a role model for ethical management behavior
and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with
the Mission and Values of the organization. This position works collaboratively with medical staff,
community leaders, agencies, and payors to carry out the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic
plan. Develops, coordinates, leads, and executes the strategic vision and member growth for aligned
physician groups.

Bachelor Degree

Minimum Experience Requirements
Three years of leadership experience within a healthcare setting.
