Responsibilities: The Director of Partner Excellence will support activities and projects at the intersection of Strategy & Transformation. This role will collaborate with but not limited to: Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management. This position will lead strategic projects and process improvements that will transform the way KeHE does business, while driving top-line and EBIDTA growth. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or 10+ years of work experience. * Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy, supply chain, project management organization, or a related field. * Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing people. * Minimum 5+ years of experince in strategy, Project Management Organization, Center of Excellence or a related field. * Experience with solutions like MS Project, Smartsheet's, Monday.com ideal but not required. * Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau highly desired.
