Responsibilities:

* Implement and manage the rollout of pricing and rate plan strategies for wireless devices and services.
* Write and maintain clear business requirements for IT and other technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of pricing plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of pricing plans.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on implementation timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
* Monitor the execution of pricing strategies, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure successful deployment and market competitiveness.
* Ensure all pricing implementations comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
* Document processes and maintain detailed records of pricing deployments to facilitate continuous improvement and compliance.
* Provide structured feedback to strategy teams on implementation outcomes, market response, and potential areas for improvement to inform future strategies.
* Act as a subject matter expert in pricing strategy, offering guidance and support to junior team members and other departments.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a pricing implementation or operational role, preferably within the telecommunications sector
* Experience leading large team at the executive level

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
* Ability to work effectively with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
