We're looking for someone who is: * An inspiring and collaborative leader * Committed to clinical excellence and innovation * Ready to embrace the charm and community spirit of Dickinson Qualifications: Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Minimum of 7 years of experience in the discipline * Master's Degree in Nursing, Masters must be obtained within 2 years of start * OR Master's in Nursing * 5 years of leadership experience. * Three years of supervisory experience. * Candidates must have an RN license that allows them to practice in the state of North Dakota (compact license or license issued by the ND Board of Nursing). * American Heart Association BLS-CPR.
