Overview: POSITION SUMMARY: The Director Neuroscience Service Line provides oversight and direction in establishing and maintaining a system for developing, reviewing, approving and disseminating standards of clinical practice including, but not limited to: quality, education, advanced practice, and clinical operations throughout the Ministry. Works collaboratively with medical staff, other clinical leaders, and ancillary departments to identify opportunities to attain superior quality, safety and cost management. Accountable for the operational performance of the service line through the implementation of solution sets, evaluation and management of capital, financial and human resources, and ongoing performance improvement. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR health related field Experience: * 3 years leadership experience. * 3 years of experience working in an ambulatory setting Other Skills/ Knowledge: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
