Overview: Responsible for Corporate partnership with Leviton Network Solutions and channel. Implement Channel Strategy, develop and coordinate programs for increased sales volume and profitability. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate, field and sales management teams. Represent channel to Leviton Network Solutions and Leviton Network Solutions to channel. Be known to the customer as the "Go to Person"! Responsibilities: * Work with senior leadership to develop and implement unique sales strategies. * Oversee all aspects of the channel partnership and coordinate sales and marketing efforts. * Identify and call on key sales, marketing, product, and logistical personnel at channel. Heavy focus on channel District or Regional and local sales management. * If channel is international in scope, drive engagement internationally with channel and Leviton sales teams. * Work closely with channel purchasing and supplier relations to ensure that channel maintains proper inventory levels and product mix in the right quantities and locations. * Advise and educate channel supplier relations on all new Leviton Network Solutions products and ensure they are set up in the channel system. * Provide coordinated management and review of all sales and marketing programs geared towards channel including review, negotiation and approval of annual Distributor marketing menus and marketing programs and coordination with Leviton sales employees. * Manage and lead annual rebate incentive negotiations. * Monitor and drive technology needed to provide industry leading transactional efficiency with the channel that will lead to cost reductions. (i.e., EDI, API, Automated Quotations, Ship and Debits, and inventory reports). * Working with Leviton data analytics team and channel, report sales growth on a national and branch basis for channel. * Support cross selling opportunities through team building and coordinated efforts of all involved. * Establish annual revenue, product, and program goals with channel. * Grow the business year over year at an acceptable profit margin for Leviton Network Solutions. Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills * Must have leadership skills and experience which will build a stronger partnership for servicing channel. * Must be creative, resourceful, and able to think independently. * Must be well organized, an excellent time manager and able to handle multiple tasks on an ongoing basis. * Must be able to think globally in the approach to working with the customer and be open to change both with the customer and with Leviton. * Ability to understand the international market and drive influence.
