Responsibilities: The Director of Inventory Management will be responsible for designing and executing KeHE's enterprise-wide inventory management strategy. This leader will oversee the standards, processes, and teams that ensure inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and inventory control across all distribution centers. Acting as a key connector between supply chain, transportation, supplier management, and operations, the Director will drive proactive solutions to inventory challenges, implement best practices, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, accuracy, and service levels. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred. * 10+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or inventory management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven record of success leading multi-site or enterprise-level inventory management programs * Experience leading change management initiatives, including standardizing processes and embedding new practices across an enterprise.
