Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Come join our leadership team as a Director of Diagnostic Imaging! In this role you will oversee Imaging Services for St. Mary Medical Center, which consists of, Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasonography, MRI, and Patient Transport. You will strive to lead and inspire upward of 70 staff members working in a fast paced environment, and to empower your front line leaders to drive day to day clinical operations while promoting quality practices and a culture of teamwork. This will help allow you to focus on big-picture strategy and growth.
We are looking for an experienced Rad Tech, who has a demonstrated track record of managing Imaging Services, ideally for a mid-large sized acute care Hospital. If that sounds like you, come leverage your experience to help lead and grow our services to better serve our community!
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
* Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience, three (3) years of which include experience managing/supervising diagnostic imaging services required.
Required Licensure:
* Certified technologist CA state licensure required.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
