You'll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team. Hiring full-time, part-time and PRN! Shift Differentials: * * $3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm * $4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am * $1.00 for all weekend shifts What you will receive: * Competitive pay with DailyPay options available * Tuition reimbursement and campus partnerships * Retention and referral bonuses * Benefits, Supplemental Plans, EAP, and 401K participation * Career growth and development opportunities Responsibilities: While no two days are exactly the same, here are some things you will be responsible for: * Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring * Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates * Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment * Encouraging self-help activities * Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must have a valid driver's license * Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting * Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
