				Overview:

Responsible for providing comprehensive training and coaching to the Home Health division business development team. This role equips Account Executives with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively promote home health services and foster growth within local markets. 

Responsibilities:

* Performs in-field orientation of business development team members, collaborating with the BD leadership team to deliver a seamless integration process for Account Executives
* Crafts and conducts customized field training programs, fosters best practices and continuous learning among Business Development team
* Generates real-time coaching documentation, offering immediate guidance and actionable feedback
* Works closely with the BD leadership team to synthesize field insights into innovative learning solutions
* Provides BD leadership with coaching feedback to aid in the ongoing development of Account Executives
* -Implements a dynamic learning model that emphasizes knowledge acquisition, retention, and timely refreshers
* Maintains a current knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in home health care, adapting training content accordingly
* Measures the effectiveness of the training and coaching provided and implements a robust analytics framework including performance metrics, engagement scores, and market growth analysis
* Provides regular, data-driven updates to leadership, highlighting training progress and Account Executive performance metrics
* Completes administrative tasks and expense reports in a timely manner
* Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the BrightSpring Health Services Compliance Program
* Supervisory Responsibility: No

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
* 3-5 years of experience in related healthcare position.
* Experience in designing, developing and delivering effective sales training programs, both in person and virtually, is essential.
* Team lead or management experience preferred.
* Consistently demonstrates initiative and skills in planning and organizing work.
* Uses own knowledge and experience base and other resources as necessary to make logical decisions and solve problems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for delivering engaging presentation, training materials, and providing constructive feedback.
* Experience in designing, developing and delivering effective sales training programs, both in-person and virtually, is essential.
* A strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices is necessary to effectively train and guide sales professionals.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, TEAMs, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to prioritize workload and ensures that all projects are completed by deadlines.
* Percentage of Travel: 25-75%
* Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required and may be required to travel to another agency or training location periodically.

**To perform this position will require frequently sitting, standing, walking, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally bending, reaching and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 1-10 lbs**
