				Overview:

Novant Health is seeking a Senior Dimensions Application Analyst to join our dynamic Information Technology Services team. In this role, you will design and support information systems that align with user needs and the organization's overall IT architecture-playing a critical role in delivering secure, efficient, and impactful technology solutions.

Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed).

Location: Remote

Department: EPIC Core Clinical Systems

Key Responsibilities

* Design and optimize information systems tailored to user requirements and enterprise architecture.
* Lead and contribute to complex, high-impact projects with strategic importance.
* Apply deep technical expertise to develop highly effective systems and processes.
* Mentor, coach, and support junior analysts and team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.

Security & Compliance Responsibilities

As a member of the Information Technology Services team, you will:

* Manage information systems securely throughout their lifecycle.
* Understand and document what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed.
* Enforce security principles such as least privilege and least functionality.
* Identify potential information security incidents and respond appropriately.
* Play an active role in security incident response activities.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years relevant information experience, required. 

Licensure/Certification: Obtain application system cert. Pass all cert. passing grade within three tries for each test or project, required.

* Ideal candidate will have Epic Beacon; Epic Willow Inpatient; and Epic Willow Ambulatory. (STRONGLY preferred.)

Additional Skills Required: Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.

* Pharmacy and IT background preferred.
