				Overview:

The team member provides Epic training and support for Novant Health Medical Group (NHJMG) and Novant Health Community Connect (NHCC) employees and enhances team member competency in Epic documentation. Serves Novant Health Medical Group and Novant Health Community Connect as a top tier trainer in Epic ambulatory applications that supports the electronic medical record through the ongoing delivery of live and virtual classroom training and monitoring of the Dimensions Ambulatory Training Program. Serves as a training liaison for the NHCC.

Qualifications:

* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required.
* Experience: Minimum four years of training experience with Epic applications required.
* Licensure/Certification: Credentialed and actively training all of the following Epic Ambulatory applications (EpicCare, Cadence, and Resolute). required.
* Additional skills required: 
* Knowledge of current and future trends/practices in education and training.
* Possess strong interpersonal relationship and customer service skills with ability to understand the customer's needs and expectations.
* Experience in development of learning plans, knowledge in principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models, and training experience in the classroom and virtual settings.
* Proficient in office and AV equipment.
* Demonstrates leadership and consultative skills, delegation and communication skills, and resource management.
* Delivers training as the expert application trainer for new and existing team members.
* Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities in multiple markets as needed, and successfully manage multiple ongoing training and support projects.

* Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): Provides professional consultation regarding Epic applications for NHCC clinics. Assists with optimization of applications with NHCC while in the field. Provides support during Epic upgrades and new functionality to NHMG and NHCC.
