Overview:
The Paid Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, collating assets and documenting integrated paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. By fostering collaboration between paid media specialists, this role ensures correct communication and assets are available between paid media campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of this role include:
* Strategy Planning: Assist the Search and Social Lead in planning integrated paid media media strategies aligned with overall digital marketing objectives.
* Asset Management: Collate and organize assets (such as ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments) for use in paid media campaigns. Ensure that all assets are properly formatted and optimized for each platform and campaign objective. Maintain a centralized repository of assets for easy access and reference by the search and social media teams.
* Communication Facilitation: Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of campaign updates, changes, and progress.
* Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of paid media campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the Lead.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategies, tactics, and performance metrics.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media marketing.
Qualifications:
Minimum Work Experience (years):
* 2+ years experience in digital marketing and/or campaign management.
Key Skills and Competencies:
* Solid understanding of campaign management process.
* Attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to assist with implementation of digital marketing campaigns with an implement, test, and measure mindset.
* Provide support for testing and implementing communication funnels and marketing Automation: Experience of Eloqua and SalesForce beneficial.
* Solid analytical skills.
* Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
* Knowledge of web analytics - Adobe / Google.
