Responsibilities:
* Design comprehensive project plans and efficiently finish all tasks aligned with the work breakdown structures.
* Build Architecture Specification work that directly aligns customer business requirements with specific solutions and technologies.
* Design and implement systems and platforms with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and broad knowledge of other relevant technologies.
* Outstandingly complete solution implementation or application design work.
* Stay updated and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry, especially in cloud and mobility.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project achievements.
* Identify risks and issues proactively and work with the project team to lead them efficiently.
* Interact positively with customer IT teams to deliver outstanding projects.
* Maintain a high ethical standard in all your professional dealings.
Qualifications:
* Full-time work rights in South Korea.
* Full professional proficiency in Korean and working proficiency in English.
* You should have 3-5+ years of experience in a Systems Integrator or a large organization (>2000 users). This should include implementing sophisticated IT solutions and interacting with customers in roles like consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership.
* Certification in M365.
* Specializing in On-premise to Cloud transitions and Cloud-to-Cloud migrations (e.g., Google to Microsoft 365).
* Optimizing business efficiency through Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and Teams.
* Handling Exchange & Messaging technologies to ensure flawless communication and partnership across platforms.
* Implementing robust Cloud solutions (Public, Private, Hybrid) to align with business needs.
* Deploying sophisticated security solutions including Intune, AIP, ATP, DLP, to strengthen interpersonal security posture.
* Proficient in using and applying Microsoft 365 Migration Tools like BitTitan and Quest for efficient migrations.
* Integrating ancillary Microsoft 365 workloads like Forms, Planner, Power Automate, PowerBI, Yammer, and Stream to enhance business operations.
* Engineering sophisticated security measures and crafting advanced network solutions in Microsoft 365.
* Streamlining information management, mobility, and WAN operations for improved efficiency.
* Coordinating identity management systems to ensure secure access across the organization.
* Experience in effectively leading Microsoft 365 migrations and driving business efficiency improvements through the use of M365 tools.
* Experience deploying Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S) solutions.
While not required, the following skills will be highly regarded:
* Experience configuring Citrix environments and engineering Teams Enterprise Voice solutions for enhanced communication capabilities.
* Familiarity with all phases of the development lifecycle and formal development approaches (Agile, MSF), project management (Prince II, PMP), and service management (ITIL).
