Are you passionate about creating impactful digital experiences and driving strategic change across a growing team? We're looking for a curious, collaborative, professional Digital Strategy Coordinator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, to join our Digital Strategy Team! This is a newly created role that bridges strategy, execution, and innovation.  

What You Can Expect 

Under limited supervision, you'll partner closely with internal stakeholders to lead key digital initiatives that align with our overarching goals. You'll play a vital role in shaping how we use digital channels to connect with our audiences-always advocating for the user and informed by data.

You will:

* Develop and implement digital strategies to support key initiatives and audiences.

* Lead assigned digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

* Collaborate across teams, building integrated work plans with internal partners.

* Track, measure, and report on outcomes and effectiveness of digital efforts.

* Support enterprise-wide digital priorities as identified by leadership.

* Serve as the go-to contact for designated stakeholder groups within the organization.

* Champion the user experience, helping design intuitive, user-focused digital solutions.

* Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to build cross-team digital fluency.

* Identify and recommend improvements in digital features, functionality, and user experience (UX).

* Ensure brand and content consistency, aligning with corporate digital standards.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
* Four (4) years' relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

* A minimum of four (4) years of related digital marketing/strategy experience.
* Strong project management and communication skills.

* A passion for data-informed decision making.

* A user-first mindset with a deep understanding of digital behavior and experience design.

* Ability to balance strategy with execution, and lead initiatives from concept to impact.

* Comfort navigating cross-functional teams and representing digital best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision, serves as a partner responsible for identified digital projects and initiatives approved by digital leadership. Serves as a key strategic resource and liaison for stakeholders throughout the organization. This position will use data-driven decision-making and advocate for the user experience.

* Develops and implements digital plans to support specific opportunities/requests for key audiences and stakeholders. 
* Supports key digital initiatives as assigned. 
* Collaborates with colleagues inside and/or outside of the department to develop integrated work plans. 
* Measures outcomes and tracks effectiveness of digital initiatives; reports results. 
* Supports over-arching digital priorities and initiatives, as identified by digital leadership. 
* Serves as primary contact within the digital team for assigned stakeholder groups. 
* Represents and prioritizes the user experience in digital initiatives and tactics planning. 
* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Solves complex issues and problems. 
* Identifies opportunities for digital experience feature and functionality improvement. 
* Serves as organizational resource for digital corporate identity, content, and graphic standards compliance. 
* May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
