Responsibilities:

Sling TV and Dish TV are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Digital Platforms & Offer Management to lead two critical teams: our Web Content team and our Offer Management team. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of our digital presence and managing our product catalog, ensuring seamless customer experiences and compelling product offerings across our digital touchpoints.

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of content updates and tests on Sling.com and Dish.com, as well as the management and creation of product offers within our systems. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and driving innovation to achieve business objectives. This position is 100% onsite at our Englewood, CO office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop two distinct teams: the Web Content team and the Offer Management team; provide guidance, set performance expectations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
* Digital Content Execution & Testing: Oversee the execution of website changes, content updates, and A/B tests on Sling.com and Dish.com using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target; ensure accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines, and timely deployment of content and tests
* Website Performance Monitoring: Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance, analyze the results of content changes and tests, and provide insights on user behavior and content effectiveness
* Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Oversight: Provide leadership and expertise in the day-to-day utilization of Adobe Experience Manager for content authoring, management, and publishing workflows
* Offer Management & Product Catalog: Lead the Offer Management team in the creation, configuration, and management of Sling product offers and the overall product catalog
* Adobe Commerce & Real-Time CDP Utilization: Oversee the use of Adobe Commerce for managing the product catalog and offer creation; ensure the team effectively utilizes the Real-Time CDP for audience segmentation and personalized offer targeting based on strategies defined in collaboration with the e-commerce team
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, IT, Engineering, and especially the E-commerce team (for digital strategy, including content and offer strategy), to ensure execution aligns with broader business goals and strategic initiatives.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for web content execution, test performance, and offer performance; provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and collaborating teams
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize execution workflows for both the Web Content and Offer Management teams, particularly in the deployment of content and offers
* Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in web content execution, offer management, e-commerce platforms, personalization tools, and the practical application of the Adobe Experience Cloud stack

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field OR 4 years relevant work experience
* 5+ years of experience in digital operations, web content management, product catalog management, or a related field with a strong focus on execution
* 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
* Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web content execution and publishing
* Experience with Adobe Target for implementing website tests and personalization efforts
* Experience with Adobe Analytics for monitoring and reporting on website and test performance
* Experience with Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) for product catalog and offer management

Skills and Qualifications:

* Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), ideally Adobe Real-Time CDP, from an execution and targeting perspective
* Strong understanding of digital execution workflows, content management best practices, and e-commerce operational processes
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively report on execution outcomes and collaborate on strategic input
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data related to content and offer performance and execution efficiency
* Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and provide input to strategic discussions with teams like E-commerce
