DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates with the Marketing Manager in creating and executing the Marketing and Communication strategy of the company, through internal and external channels.
The ideal candidate is an expert in online marketing strategies, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns aimed at promoting the company brand, products, or services and generate sales leads through various online channels. This role combines analytical, creative, and technical skills to optimize a company's digital presence and maximize the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
Successful candidates will have:
- recent Digital Marketing experience
- deep knowkedge of Digital Marketing Automation and Website Content Management Platforms
- knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- professional English (min. B2)
- creativity
- problem solving skills
- sense of collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements, together with the Marketing Manager, digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Manages our Marketing Automation tool and creates digital marketing campaigns, events invitations, customer communications, etc
Create and optimizes website contents/pages through our website content management tool
Collaborates with company experts to create new contents, blogs and newsletter
Develops an editorial calendar based on strategic goals, business needs, service launches, announcements and events.
Manages the company social media accounts and creates contents/posts
Manages and implement advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Analyzes data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and propose improvements
Collaborates with local and global teams to ensure consistency in brand communication
Collaborates with the Sales Team to help them in generating qualified leads
Monitors market trends and innovations in the field of digital marketing
Qualifications:
* Experience in Digital Marketing, preferably from the technology industry
Demonstrable track record of defining and executing highly effective content marketing programs.
Outstanding written skills.
Professional English (min. B2)
Creative thinker
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and Sitecore
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Outstanding organizational, planning, time-management, and process-creation abilities
Hybrid work model requires office presence 2 to 3 days per week
Mandatory: Elegible to be hired under "Categorie Protette" by 68/99 law.
